Namitha planning a Dance School

The sensational Namitha of the South Indian Film Industry is opening a dance school in Chennai. She claims extreme confidence in her Bharatanatyam and Salsa skills and believes that she is an expert at these art forms.

Originally a Punjabi settled in Gujarat, Namitha first came into the silver screen after she won the Miss Surat pageant at the age of 18. The exposure to the media that she obtained by her participation in the Miss India 2001 contest brought Namitha into the film industry. She went on to star in the advertisements of many leading brands and entered Tollywood with the 2003 movie ‘Sontham’ opposite Aryan Rajesh. In the years following, Namitha has appeared in various roles in well over 35 movies across the South Indian Film Industry. She acted opposite Kalabhavan Mani in a Malayalam movie ‘Black Stallion’ recently.

The glamour girl of South says that she does not wish to waste her dancing talents anymore. Namitha announced that her dance school will provide training in classic Indian and western forms of Dancing.
