Sivan and Hari have been brought up as brothers by Hari`s father Viswanathan. Ajith and Indulekha are cousins. Ajith`s father Balakrishna Kurup has an eye on his brother-in-law Madhavankutty’s property and hence wants Ajith to marry Indulekha, who is Madhavankutty`s daughter. Indu is in love with Sivan.

Jayasurya is Sivan, Jishnu is Hari, Kavya Madhavan is Indulekha and Nishant Sagar is Ajith in the film.Also in the cast are Jagathy Sreekumar, K.R.Vijaya, Siddique, Cochin Haneefa, Jagadeesh, Indrans, Meghnathan, Vijesh,Sudheesh, Pragathi, Bindu Panicker, etc. Music is by M.Jayachandran. Sanjeev Shankar cranks the camera with art-direction by Saloo.K.George. Pramod Shornur has written the story and script is by Ashok Sasi. Produced by Deavi Raphael and Prince Raphael under the banner of Nedumbakaaran Creations, Two Wheeler is directed by Sanal, who had earlier directed Priyam.
