MALAYALEES have a penchant for conversation, they are vibrant,
adventurous and are ready to take up challenges. They are fast to
adapt to change and have the wisdom and power to take advantage
of the opportunities that change creates.
The mass migration of Malayees to Gulf, US and other nations is
a testimony to that. Intelligent, dexterous, and charismatic, the
Malayees have made their presence felt throughout the world and
had been a source of inspiration for many.
In an era of liberalisation and globalisation, there is an enhanced
scope for private enterpreneurship and with it the carrier opportunities
have widened. But to envision great strides and to endorse it through
action calls for great fortitude and determination. That's obvious
among those who had created a niche for themselves through hard
work and dedication.
And such persons achieve prominence by virtue of their actions.
But the concept and degree of prominence is relative. For it depends
upon the perception of the other individuals in society and their
ways of appreciation. For instance, a poet or a novelist will be
prominent to the one who can understand and appreciate the work,
but need not be for others.
