Paalak Paneer
Ingredients


250 gms Spinach (Paalak)
2 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 green chillies (grounded)
2 tbsp oil (or butter)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp tumeric powder (haldi)
250 gms fried paneer
3-4 tbsp cream.



Preparation method

1 Wash and clean spinach.

2 Cut into big pieces.

3 Add a pinch of salt steam till it is
completely wilted.

4 Remove from heat and cool.

5 Make a soft paste of spinach in a
blender.

6 Heat oil and add ginger, garlic, green
chili paste and chopped onions, cook
till light brown.

7 Add diced tomato and stir.

8 Add salt, red chilli powder and haldi.

9 Mix well.

10 Add fried paneer cubes. Boil for 2-3
minutes.

11 Garnish with cream.

12 Sprinkle the finely chopped green
coriander.
