Mutton

Curd ½ cup
Almonds

Ghee 3 tbsp
Salt To taste


Preparation Method


Blanch and mash the tomatoes. Slice onions and keep aside. Grind the rest of the ingredients to a fine paste. Fry the onion in the ghee until golden brown. Add the tomato pulp and later the ground masala and fry till oil separates. Add mutton and continue to fry for a few more minutes. Add salt and enough water and cook until mutton is well cooked and gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
