Lakshmi Nair recipe: Kadai Paneer

Let us see how to make some delicious Kadai Paneer at home. This tasty recipe will have your children asking for a second helping during lunch time.
You will need:
500 grams of Paneer, Coriander chopped finely, 1 Capsicum, 2 tsp of Chilli powder, 3 tsp Coriander powder, ¾ tsp Kasthuri methi, 2 sliced green-Chillies, 2 tsp minced Ginger, 4 sliced Tomatoes, 3 tsp Ghee, 6 cloves Garlic ground, Salt and 1 tsp Garam Masala
How to make:
-Paneer and Capsicum should be sliced long.
-In a pan, add the ghee, put the garlic paste into it and fry till light brown. To this add capsicum and powdered coriander and keep frying.
-Add the chillies and ginger to this mix; top it with tomato and saute
-With the kasthuri methi added, and saute for five minutes and add salt to taste.
-Now to this mix, the paneer can be added. Stir well till paneer is well coated with the mix. Remove from flame and garnish with leaves of coriander.
