Here’s a Chocolate Ripple Cheese Cake recipe.

Hi every one out there! Christmas is fast approaching. Haven’t you got your hands on the preparations? So, what you need to have for the cake preparation:

i. Butter and cheese 100 gm
ii. Sugar ¼ cup
iii. Arrowroot biscuit 200 gm
iv. Condensed milk 1 tin
v. Milk ½ cup
vi. Eggs 4
vii. Gelatin 35 gm
viii. Cornflour 1 tablespoonChocolate Ripple Cheese Cake
ix. Brandy 2 tablespoon
x. Whipped cream 1 ¼ cup
And for the ripple:
i. Cadbury milk chocolate 50 gm
ii. Butter 2 tablespoon
iii. Water 2 tablespoon
iv. Caramel syrup 1 tablespoon
v. Vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon
Let’s now start that yummy scuffle.

Powder the biscuits. In a flat bowl, stir the chocolate and butter on top of boiling water. By then, mix all the contents for making the ripple and keep it hot till the top layer is made ready. Slowly blend some condensed milk, corn flour, the yellow of eggs and milk keeping the bowl atop boiling water.

Now, put 6 tablespoons of water into brandy and gelatin. Heat it well. Soon, pour some more condensed milk into this, to chill. After adding some whipped cream into this, put 3 tablespoons of sugar in the egg white. Add this mixture to the freshly made earlier mixture and together, pour this on to the biscuit powder. Tip some hot chocolate sauce on top of this and make it into ripples with a fork.

Serve sliced, sprinkle some cocoa powder and gulp with a spoon full of fresh cream! All you chocolate lovers out there just don’t miss this luxury!
