Easy to cook recipe: Mutton Kabab

Here is an easy to cook recipe for Mutton Kabab. An excellent dish to be served with parathas, naan and chappathi; Mutton Kabab is gonna be the queen of your party.

Cooking is all the more fun with those sumptuous dishes on your table made in a jiffy! Even hosting a party won’t call your raised eyebrows with some easy to make recipes. Here we bring to you some party meat poppers, an Awadhi recipe, the Mutton Kebab. All you need is some fresh mutton and some spicy masalas and within less than 20 minutes, we can garnish your dining table with a sumptuous treat!

All that you need to gather:

1. Mutton ½ kg
2. Onion ¼ cup
3. Pepper, Masala powder ½ teaspoon mixed to powder
4. Green chilly 2indian-mutton
5. Pudhina leaves, cornflour, Corriander leaves 5 gm
6. Cardamom, cloves to taste
7. Ginger 1 piece
8. Ground nutmeg 25 gm
9. Oil ¼ kilo
10. Salt to taste

Now that you got all those on your table, let’s start moving! Mix some ginger paste, cardamom, cloves, ground nutmeg and salt to the minced mutton pieces and toast it well. As the meat is cooked well, remove from the pan to cool. Soon add some cornflour to the onion paste, pepper and garama masala powder along with the chillies and leaves to the meat. Make small beat balls out of this mixture and fry it out in deep heated oil. Serve hot.
