Chef Naushad Easy to Cook recipe: Italian Seafood Pasta
For Italian Seafood Pasta you’ll need:
1. Cooked pasta
2. Tomato remove the seeds and cut in small pieces
3. Tomato sauce
4. Chopped garlic
5. Onion, chopped in small pieces
6. Capsicum, cut in dice
7. Crushed pepper powder
8. Squid
9. small size prawns
10. Butter
11. Salt
12. Cheese
13. Refined oil
How to make
In a pan add little oil, say 2 tbsp. Then add a spoon of butter. When the butter melts add the chopped garlic (2-3 cloves) and chopped onions (1 large). Saute for a couple of minutes until it is aromatic.
When the onions are translucent, add the paste of 2-3 tomatoes. To this add the sliced squid (100 gms) and some small prawns, say 50 gms. At this stage add the salt. Remember, sea food does not need much time to cook. Add a diced capsicum and a little tomato sauce. Top it with a half teaspoon each of some thyme, rosemary and crushed pepper to the pan.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add the cooked pasta (250 gms). Stir for 5 mins. Add some grated cheese on top of the hot spicy pasta. Serve in a decorated platter.
