by Unni in Information Systems
- Complete
implementation of Quality System in NW district – Procedures
for all ARMIS subsystems, GIS, BIS, Traffic and RMPC
are in place since 1999.
- Developed
a very innovative and new database for flood and gravel pit information
for the district (most of other districts do not have this information
in the system.)
- Successful
implementation of traffic counting, analysis and reporting operations
in the district for the last three years.
- Unni
liaised with other government and non-government organizations
within the region to ensure exchange of information.
- The
effort and hard work of Unni benefited the district in the continued
advance of the ARMIS & GIS units, allowing the unit to more
effectively meet the increased demands or high quality,
accurate and timely roads, traffic and spatial information.
- Represented
region in ARMIS Steering Committee and also a member of State
GIS Coordination Committee.
- Any
changes or development in technology (ARMIS & GIS) communicated
and implemented in the district. As part of this, Unni organized
sessions in Digital Video, Paminet Scenario, Chartview etc.
