He held a number of positions in various organizations such as YMCA, Toast
Master’s club. He is now one of the Patrons of the Holistic Foundation based
at Pandalam, Kerala.

Other positions:

1. Advisory Council Member of the Indian Cultural Centre – Qatar.
2. Advisor to the President – United Friends, a socio-cultural organization in Qatar.
3. Public Relations Officer- Pathanamthitta Catholicate College Alumni- Doha
Unit.
4. Patron- Doha Chorus, a cultural society, Qatar.
5. Member of Indian Community Benevolent Fund –Qatar.

Social Works Undertaken

• Organised 16 extra flights of Gulf Air during Gulf war from Doha to Mumbai.
  
• Steered a Charity programme of orthodox community in 1979 to help 100 families in India.
  
• Supervised the distribution of about Rs 10 Lakhs to various deserving people in Kerala under the charity scheme of United Friends, Qatar.
  
• Organised eight cultural shows in Doha to promote Indo- Qatar Relationship.
  
• Introduced a number of reformations in Indian Cultural Centre including the affiliation of organizations and membership to the public
