Family

Babu Paul was married to Nirmala Paul, who passed away on 6/6/2000. He has two children, Mariam and Cherian.

Daughter: Mariam, 41, MA, married to Satheesh, S/O Shri MK Joseph, IPS [Retd], Former Director General of Police [DGP] of Kerala. Satheesh is a freelance Tea-taster and Corporate Executive in Cochin; they have 2 sons, aged 18 and 14.

Son: Cherian, 38, B. Tech & MBA (Liverpool, UK), is an MNC executive currently in Bangalore as Regional Manager in charge of South India. He is married to Deepa, Daughter of CA Chaly, IPS (Retd.), also a former DGP of Kerala. They have a son 9 and a daughter 8.
