Family

Jolly Thadathil was born in Thottakkara near Muvattupuzha in Idukki District as the fifth son of Kurian Thadathil, a farmer by profession, and Elikutty, a devout house wife.

He had his early education at Arakkuzha High School and completed his graduation in Botany from Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha. He completed his Post-Graduation in Psychology from St. Thomas College in Pala, Kottayam.

After his studies he joined Federal Bank and worked there for four years. Meanwhile, he married Mercy and left for Germany, where she was working as a registered Nurse.

He has two daughters and one son.

Nicole Thadathil is doing her pre-university in Germany and an active participant in dance festivals all over Europe and North America. She is very much interested in the Indian dance forms like Koochipudi and Bharathanatyam. She is also a budding actress and played the role of second heroine in the film ‘Angane Oru Avadhikkalathu’, directed by R Mohan.

Nelson Thadathil is a 9th standard student in Germany and Nancy Thadathil is studying in 2nd standard.
