Since she is fond of natural products, she uses cucumber to smoothen her skin, gram flour to cleanse and a milk-yogurt combo to moisturize her skin. This face pack that she follows is easy and can be done at the comfort of one’s home.
Aishwarya Rai keeps away from junk food and fried products. She never drinks or smoke as both these activities can damage the skin on your face. Mainly her diet consists of fruits and vegetables. She is known to drink up to eight glasses of water a day.
For the face pack, you just need to take one spoon of gram flour and mix it with a bit of turmeric powder and yogurt to make a paste. If yogurt is not available, all you need is to add some milk or water. The pack is now ready and can be retained on the face for about twenty minutes before washing off.
