The World Malayalee Council of Singapore organized a boat race on 5th September 2010, as part of the Onam celebrations of Singapore Malayalees. This was realized with the assistance of the local government bodies in Singapore. The Secretary of World Malayalee Council Stephen coordinated the celebrations.
