As per KCBC the report of Lida Jacob commission, which was implemented for studying the

educational rights in Kerala should undergo discussions and debated. This should be

implemented only after active discussions, says Kerala Catholic Bishop Community president

Arch Bishop Mar Andrews Thazhath suggested. The decisions should be taken unanimously which

aims at restructuring the current educational situation in the state he added.
