An American scholarship instituted by Kerala Hindus of North America invites applications from the students of Kerala, who seeks admissions for professional courses like medicine, nursing, Pharmacology and Dentistry. They have to posses at least 85% marks in plus two and their annual income should not cross 50000 rupees. The students will be provided with $250 annually as per the American scholarship.

The applications must have to include the identity proofs, mark lists, income certificate; a letter from the candidate details the need of scholarship, a letter from the regional Hindu organization and an essay on any Hindu saint and his contributions to the society. The application should reach within January 20th 2011 by this address PB No 144, GPO, Thiruvananthapura-4. A committee chaired by Haridasan Pillai will distribute the scholarships this year.
