The Janata Dal on Wednesday has again flared the ruling of BJP with a stronger set of fresh documents to support their charge raised against him in the land denotification and allotment scam.

This is an immediate follow up of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President G.Parameshwaran’s demand for Mr Yedyurappa’s resignation, for his alleged involvement in a land controversy worth crores of rupees in his 30 month tenure, just this Tuesday.

The JD(S) state President and Member of Parliament H.D.Kumaraswamy had severely accused Yedyurappa who had allegedly allotted land for housing sites and industrial purposes to his own family members.

Responding to the issue the Chief Minister declared his deeds in relation to the alleged land denotification scam were all in strong abidance with the rules and would strongly defy the issue yet he has also announced a judicial probe into the allegation by a retired Supreme Court Judge.

At the same time, the BJP state leadership has sought to play down the issue as this is going to negatively affect the crucial elections to Taluk and Zilla parishads that is imminent in the state.
