Mukesh Ambani pays Rupees 70.69 lakhs as electricity bill

Mukesh Ambani’s electricity bill is Rupees 70 lakhs. No, it’s not his office bill that is making headlines. The main accused in the ordeal is Mukesh Ambani’s beautiful 27 storey dream-mansion in South Mumbai. ‘Antilia’ is drawn to the highlight yet again, this time, with regard to the amenities it consumes. The electricity expense for the house alone is well over Rupees 70,60,000.
It has been criticized that the electricity expense of the single house hold is equivalent to that paid by approximately 7000 houses in India. Almost 6.37 lakh units have been consumed by his mansion.mukesh ambani current bill

When you think about it, it is only obvious that ‘Antilia’ would generate an electricity bill of over 70-and-half lakhs. The mansion stands 70 feet tall, with 3 helipads and 6 floors exclusive to car parking. With four residents-namely the Ambani family- and a housekeeping staff of 600 members, Ambani is definitely doing his bit in increasing the employment rate in the country.

Not that we think Mukesh Ambani is all for luxury. Like any other man, the chief contender in the Forbes ‘World’s-Richest list’ is interested in cutting himself a good bargain. For making an on-time payment of his electricity bill, he walked (read: flew) home with a discount of about Rupees 48,000 on his bill amount!
